MVB Building is on the corner of Mona Vale Road and Ponderosa Parade. Enter from Ponderosa Parade, taking the exit from the roundabout to the MVB Building. The building is opposite Hungry Jacks, KFC and Pizza Capanna.

There is some visitor parking on site, marked "Visitor Parking". There is also plenty of street parking on both sides of Ponderosa Parade.

Take the lift or walk up the stairs to the 1st floor. Turn left (passing the stairwell).

The clinic is ahead of you, through the main door of suite 34, then enter using the door immediately on your right. Please sit in the waiting area and your therapist will be with you shortly.
