Fees

Fees are $260 per 50 minute session. Fees are charged automatically after each appointment. It is important that you complete your credit card details (and Medicare details for automatic processing of rebates, if relevant) before your first appointment, and keep these updated.

Cancellations

Please advise us before 9am, 2 business days before your appointment if you need to cancel, (e.g., by Monday 9am if your appointment is on Wednesday, or by Thursday 9am if your appointment is on Monday).

You can advise us by text, email or phone if you need to cancel your appointment.

You can also convert your appointment to an online/ phone (Telehealth) appointment by request.

If you do not give us this notice, the full fee will be charged as a cancellation fee. Medicare rebates do not apply to cancellation fees.
